What is a director?

You will be responsible for "improving the quality" of the productions and the production itself, and will be in charge at the site.
This is an attractive job where you can create important aspects such as planning and direction based on your own ideas.

You will be expected to do the following with the aim of achieving our philosophy, vision and mission.
(1) Propose attractive expressions with an eye on the future, from the perspective of users and clients, and create works together with clients.
(2)Set and achieve company and employee goals for each project.
(3)Facilitate projects by improving and solving problems and issues that arise in each project.

Specific duties include:
Schedule progress management, content quality control, selection of project members, and formulation and bridging of rules between clients and field staff.
