What is 3DCG Design?
A 3DCG designer is a person who creates CG using specialized software.
They create and implement assets such as characters, backgrounds, and props for games. They are involved in the 3DCG part (character modeling, animation, and cut production) for animation.

What do we do?
Modelers create assets such as characters, backgrounds, and props for games and anime.
Animators create animations of characters and camera work for games and anime.
Generalists are involved in almost every step of the process, including modeling, animation, lighting, and compositing.
Games are for smartphones and consoles, and animation is the 3DCG part. For games, depending on the project, you may be involved in implementation.

- Employment Status
- After a trial period of three months and a contract period of one year, the employee will be promoted to a full-time employee based on ability and other factors.
- Working hours
- 10:00～19:00
- Weekends and vacations
- Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), year-end and New Year vacations, summer vacation, paid vacations

- Basically, this type of work is used when employees are unable to come to work due to family reasons.

- For the first to three years, you will work with us in Tokyo or Akita, or work externally as a partner.
After we get to know you and your abilities, we will transition you to a home-based employee.
